Don't Just Sit There! Get outside and enjoy your break!
Being on break is a great time to get outside and get some much needed exersize. The best way to recharge your batteries is to burn some calories in the crisp winter air. Don't be afraid of cold weather, just put on a few layers of non-cotton clothing (cotton soaks up excess sweat and becomes cold and clamy) and go for a snowy run or get out the old sled and act like a little kid again. Don't just sit inside playing checkers with your cat or watching old episodes of the Wiggles, take advantage of the great Michigan winter season and explore the local nature center in the snow.

Appropriately, I was up north cross-country skiing when you posted this, and now, not many days later, you've done many THINGS I see!
